  • The proposed Mynt IPO draws commitments from cornerstone investors led by several domestic and international funds.
  • Proposed IPO marks the next phase of Mynt's growth, broadening its shareholder base while raising primary capital to support the continued expansion of digital financial services and product innovation

MANILA, Philippines, 24 September 2026 – Mynt, Inc. ("Mynt"), the parent company of the group behind GCash, the Philippines’ number one finance super app, filed its Red Herring Prospectus in connection with its proposed initial public offering ("IPO") and listing on the Main Board of the Philippine Stock Exchange ("PSE"), supported by commitments from leading global and domestic cornerstone investors.

The filing follows Mynt’s receipt of a pre-effective approval letter from the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and a Notice of Approval from the PSE, as investor roadshows commence ahead of the expected pricing of the Offer.

The aggregate commitments from over 20 cornerstone investors would cover approximately the entire Institutional Offer tranche of the IPO, subject to any reallocation between tranches of the Offer.

Mynt has secured commitments from what it believes to be the largest number of cornerstone investors in a Philippine IPO to date, subject to final pricing  and completion of the Offer, as well as customary closing conditions.
