Martha Sazon is the President & CEO of Mynt, the parent company of GCash, the Philippines’ #1 Finance Superapp. Appointed CEO in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, she led GCash through a defining period for the country. Her focus on customer-centricity propelled the platform into a lifeline for millions of Filipinos, advancing financial access to the masses by democratizing digital payments, savings, credit, insurance, and investment opportunities. With Martha at the helm, GCash became the country’s first and only $5B unicorn and a household name, even used as a verb across the country.

As GCash scaled its impact, it gained global recognition. Martha has represented GCash and the Philippines at forums such as the World Economic Forum (WEF) Davos, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Executive Board Retreat, Global Summit of Women Dubai, and Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona, sharing insights on digital transformation and inclusive growth.

Recently, this work gained attention on the global stage through honors that reflected both Martha’s leadership and the collective progress of GCash. She was recognized in Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Asia list and became the only Filipina featured on the Forbes 50 Over 50 Global list. These distinctions reflect the growing influence of a platform built by Filipinos, for Filipinos.

Martha built a 30-year career spanning various‬ industries like‬ food,‬ consumer pharma, personal‬ care, telco, and now, fintech. Prior to Mynt, she spent 12 years at Globe Telecom, where she‬‭ pioneered‬‭ many‬‭ breakthroughs‬‭ and‬‭ achievements‬‭ as‬‭ head‬‭ of‬‭ Mobile‬‭ Postpaid,‬‭ SME‬ and‬‭ Broadband. Martha finished her undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Accountancy, cum laude, at the University of the Philippines Diliman, and later completed postgraduate programs at IMD, INSEAD, and Harvard Business School.

Evelyn Ng is the Chief Finance Officer of Mynt, the parent company of GCash, the Philippines’ #1 Finance Superapp. She leads the company’s financial strategy, governance, and fiscal management, ensuring disciplined growth and long-term sustainability. With deep expertise in finance and leadership, she plays a key role in strengthening GCash’s foundation as it continues to scale and expand its ecosystem across products, markets, and new business opportunities.

Prior to joining Mynt, Evelyn served as Chief Financial Officer of Universal Robina Corporation, where she oversaw financial operations and drove initiatives to enhance growth and profitability. She also held finance leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, managing operations across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and bringing a global perspective to financial strategy and execution.

Evelyn is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting.

Maria Franchette M. Acosta, Filipino, 53, and has been our Corporate Secretary since June 2, 2025. She has also been the Corporate Secretary, Corporate Governance Group Head, Data Protection Officer, and Chief Legal Officer of Ayala Corporation since March 12, 2024 and has served as Ayala Corporation’s Compliance Officer since April 26, 2024.

She is also the Corporate Secretary of Ayala Land, Inc., AREIT, Inc., ACEN CORPORATION, Globe Telecom, Inc., and Integrated Micro-electronics, Inc. 

She has been a practicing lawyer with 18 years in Villaraza & Angangco Law Firm where she was a Senior Partner, Co-Managing Partner and Head of its Corporate and Commercial Department. Ms. Acosta was also an Assistant Secretary at the Office of the Chief Presidential Legal Counsel of the Republic of the Philippines where she worked from 2001 to 2003.

She has been recognized as an expert counsel in leading legal journals and publications such as Chambers Global, Chambers Asia Pacific and Legal 500. For several consecutive years she was named among Asia Business Law Journal’s top 100 lawyers of the Philippines. 

Ms. Acosta graduated from New York University with a Master of Laws in 2003, and ranked 3rd in the Philippine Bar Examination. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 1998 where she graduated Class Valedictorian and Cum Laude. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines School of Economics in 1994 where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Atty. Cef Sison is the Chief Regulatory Officer of Mynt, the parent company of G-Xchange, Inc., the operating company of the Philippines’ #1 Finance Superapp. She leads Mynt's regulatory strategy, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks while enabling innovation and supporting objectives. Overseeing the Data Privacy, Financial System Integrity, and Regulatory Strategy teams, Atty. Sison manages GCash's regulatory affairs, enabling Mynt and its subsidiaries to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape. Through her leadership, Atty. Cef ensures that Mynt operates in a legally sound manner conducive to innovation.

Concurrently, she is Assistant Corporate Secretary of Mynt and heads the Office of the Corporate Secretary and Corporate Governance, maintaining corporate records and facilitating stakeholder communications.

Prior to her role, she served as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Legal Officer of Mynt and subsidiaries, leading compliance programs, regulatory engagements, legal strategy, contracts, and litigation.

Atty. Sison obtained her Bachelor of Laws from MLQU School of Law, and has completed several executive education programs, including the Leadership in Corporate Counsel Program at Harvard Law School.

Atty. Maria Corazon Perpetua Manuelita Rusticana Alvarez-Adriano is the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer (CLCO) for Mynt, the parent company of GCash, the Philippines’ #1 Finance Superapp. She drives the direction of the Legal and Compliance Group, providing oversight for contracts, advocacy, litigation, compliance, and corporate security. Her leadership is instrumental in establishing robust legal governance frameworks that support business growth and safeguard stakeholders.

Atty. M brings a distinguished career from Globe Telecom, where she held various legal leadership positions supporting largest business units. She notably served as lead legal negotiator for corporate initiatives, including transformation projects and The Globe Tower development. Her experience includes leading Infrastructure Legal Services, Business Legal Services, and serving as Chief Legal Counsel of Electronic Commerce Payments (ECPay), Inc.

Recognized in the field, she has been named among The Legal 500’s Top 100 General Counsel – with the Mynt Legal and Compliance Group awarded as a Top 100 In-House Legal Team. She holds degrees in Political Science, Law, and Business, and completed post-graduate studies in the Philippines and abroad, including Harvard’s Leadership and Legal Management program.

Rowena "Rowie" Zamora serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Mynt, the parent company of GCash, the Philippines’ leading finance superapp. At the helm of Mynt’s strategic agenda, Rowie orchestrates enterprise growth priorities and aligns organizational execution to realize the company’s vision of Finance for All.

With over two decades of  leadership spanning the private, public, and development sectors, Rowie operates at the intersection of business strategy, digital innovation, and economic empowerment. Prior to Mynt, she held pivotal leadership roles at Accenture Management Consulting (Singapore and the Philippines) and Globe Telecom.  As a trusted advisor to clients, she has successfully architected and executed large-scale strategies for market entry, digital transformation, and organizational agility.

Deeply committed to sustainable impact, Rowie has also driven key development initiatives with the Philippine Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Ayala Foundation.

She holds a bachelor's degree from Ateneo de Manila University and completed postgraduate studies at the National University of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Pebbles Sy is the Chief Technology and Operations Officer of Mynt, the parent company of GCash, the Philippines’ #1 Finance Super App. She leads Technology, Product Delivery, Cybersecurity, Customer Experience, and Operations, driving the company’s digital strategy.

Pebbles is at the core of GCash’s innovations. She has led the company’s agile integration and platform evolution, and now accelerates AI transformation, embedding intelligence into how GCash builds products, strengthens security, serves customers, and scales financial services for millions of Filipinos.

Her leadership has been recognized with the Silver Stevie® Award for Female Executive of the Year in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, and the Asia Women Tech Leaders Award. Under her guidance, the GCash Technology & Operations group earned the Silver Stevie® Award for Technology Team of the Year.

She brings over 30 years of experience in IT and telecommunications. She holds a degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University and an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business. She has also completed executive programs at INSEAD and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Ron Testa is the Chief Transformation Officer of Mynt, the parent company of GCash, the Philippines’ leading finance super app. He oversees the company’s transformation initiatives, strategic investments, and data and AI programs to power long-term growth and innovation.

A member of Mynt’s leadership team since 2015, Ron has held key roles across finance, strategy, and business development. He has been instrumental in driving the company’s strategic priorities from accelerating growth and scale to building a clear path to profitability, while leading major fundraising efforts that supported Mynt’s continued expansion and market leadership.

Before returning to Mynt, Ron led Business Planning and Operations for Southeast Asia and Emerging Markets at Meta, where he supported commercial strategy and operational excellence across multiple markets, including Indonesia, the Philippines, and Central Asia.

Ron graduated magna cum laude from Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Management Economics and has completed executive education at INSEAD.

Neil Trinidad is the Chief Marketing Officer of Mynt, parent company of GCash.  With 22 years of experience spanning FMCG, tech, and e-commerce, he leads the customer and app marketing strategies that amplify GCash’s core purpose of making everyday lives better for Filipinos.  From 2023 to 2026,  he was named to Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Power List of the 50 most influential CMOs.  Under his leadership, the GCash Marketing team was recognized by the APAC Tambuli Awards as the 2025 Marketing Team of the Year.

Prior to Mynt, Neil served as Chief Marketing Officer of Lazada Philippines, where he helped accelerate the growth of e-commerce in the country and was recognized as the 2021 Asia Pacific Tambuli Awards CMO of the Year. He also worked at Google Philippines as Industry Manager for Telco, Travel, and QSR, and spent 15 years at Unilever in local and global marketing roles, managing iconic global brands such as Dove, Rexona, and Pond’s.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Communications, Major in Integrated Marketing Communications, from the University of Asia & the Pacific.

Robert is Chief People Officer of Mynt, parent company of GCash, the Philippines’ #1 Finance Superapp. He leads HR strategy, building a purpose-driven organization and positioning Mynt as employer of choice for digital talent. He also serves on Ayala HR Council, contributing to group-wide people strategies.

He was recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential HR Leaders in Southeast Asia for three consecutive years (2024–2026) and as CHRO of the Year at the 2025 Stevie Awards for Great Employers. Under his leadership, GCash has received HR excellence awards, including Employer of the Year and Best HR Team.

Prior to Mynt, Robert brings over 25 years of HR experience across fintech, telecommunications, BPM, and airlines, with senior roles at Globe Telecom, Philippine Airlines, IBM, and Thomson Reuters. He built Globe Telecom’s corporate university, Globe University, and led talent acquisition, learning, and organization development.

He holds a BS in Psychology from University of the Philippines and an MBA from De La Salle University. He completed the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Ren-ren Reyes is the President and CEO of G-Xchange, Inc. (GXI), the company behind the GCash wallet. He leads the continued growth of GCash’s digital financial ecosystem, advancing the vision of Finance for All and expanding access to payments and financial services for Filipinos across both formal and informal sectors.

Under his leadership, GCash has deepened its presence across merchants, local government units, transport providers, public market vendors, and sari-sari stores, while extending its reach overseas through partnerships with government agencies and international financial institutions.

He has also helped strengthen the platform’s foundations of trust, security, and governance, reinforcing GCash’s role as a trusted digital financial service used by millions of Filipinos in their everyday lives.

Prior to joining GCash, Renren served as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of Philippine Airlines and held senior leadership roles at PLDT and SMART as SVP and Head of Consumer Business and he has served as a Director for SMART and various PLDT subsidiaries. He also held leadership positions at L’Oréal, NutriAsia and Unilever across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

Renren holds a degree in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University and completed executive programs at CEDEP-INSEAD in France.

Tony Isidro is the President and CEO of Fuse Financing Inc., the lending company of GCash, the Philippines' # 1 finance superapp and largest cashless ecosystem. He is responsible for steering the company's growth strategies and transforming the digital credit infrastructure to drive commercial scalability, profitability, and long-term financial inclusion.

Under his leadership, Fuse leverages tech-driven underwriting models to provide frictionless and collateral-free loans to everyday consumers and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). By championing dignified and fair lending, Tony has successfully positioned Fuse as a major disruptor of the country's lending landscape, dismantling traditional credit barriers and safely bringing millions of Filipinos into a regulated credit ecosystem.

Tony's career is defined by a proven track record of driving consumer-centric innovation and business turnarounds. He began in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, steering major brands into market leadership positions, before transitioning to financial services, where he pioneered high-growth remittance and insurance products.

He holds a Management Engineering degree from Ateneo de Manila University, where he also served as a part-time faculty member, and is an alumnus of Northwestern University's Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management.

Winsley Bangit is Group Head of New Businesses at Mynt, the parent company of GCash, the Philippines’ #1 Finance Superapp. He leads strategy, business development, and partnerships across emerging growth areas, including Adtech, Datatech, Insurtech, Wealth Management, and Sustainability – promoting inclusive digital services for Filipinos, and advancing Mynt’s social impact agenda through initiatives including GForest.

He brings over 20 years of experience in business development across FMCG, telecommunications, and fintech. Throughout his career, he has focused on building and scaling new products and early-stage businesses into sustainable, high-growth operations, with an emphasis on accessible, technology-enabled solutions that serve underserved segments of the market.

His work has been recognized through industry distinctions such as the Mansmith Young Market Masters Award (2011) and inclusion in Esquire’s Trailblazers List 2024, which highlights leaders driving innovation in the Philippine startup ecosystem.

Winsley holds a cum laude degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines and is an alumnus of executive programs at INSEAD and the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Jong Layug is Chief Commercial and Business Assurance Officer of Fuse, the lending company of GCash. Fuse provides eligible users with access to fair and digitally enabled credit products and solutions that support financial inclusion in the Philippines.

At Fuse, he plays a key role in driving commercial growth while ensuring responsible lending practices and business assurance standards that support sustainable expansion and long-term portfolio health. His work helps strengthen GCash’s broader mission of making financial services more accessible and inclusive for Filipinos.

Jong brings nearly two decades of experience in consumer finance, with deep expertise in product development, credit programs, and strategic partnerships across traditional banking and fintech. He began his career at Citibank in 2005, where he managed credit cards, installment loans, rewards, and revenue programs across the Philippines and Malaysia, before joining Mynt in 2016 to help expand access to financial services for a broader customer base.

He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Ernest L. Cu, Filipino, 66, is our Chairman of the Board since October 15, 2020. Prior to this, he was the Chairman of the Board from July 20, 2015 to April 5, 2016 and the Vice Chairman of the Board from September 27, 2017 until October 15, 2020.

He was the President and CEO of Globe Telecom, Inc. (“Globe”), a leading telecommunications company in the Philippines. Under his visionary leadership, Globe outperformed industry growth, breaking records across all key product groups, brands, and market segments, catapulting Globe as the top mobile brand. He has been pivotal in driving financial inclusion across the Philippines through Mynt (GCash), providing millions of Filipinos access to digital financial services and empowering them to improve their lives. He positioned the app as a key player in transforming the Philippines' digital economy.

Prior to Globe, Mr. Cu was President and CEO of SPi Technologies. At the cusp of the new millennium, he spurred the beginning of the Business Process Outsourcing (“BPO”) business model for the Philippines, earning him recognition as one of the founding fathers of BPO in the country. Lauding his pioneering spirit, Ernst & Young named him ICT Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003.

Mr. Cu's ability to inspire and lead by example has earned him numerous honors. After only two years in the telecommunications industry, he was hailed as the Philippines' Best CEO by Finance Asia in 2010 and received the award again in 2017. Mr. Cu was also named CEO of the Year in 2012 by Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific and CEO of the Year at the Asia Communications Awards in 2017. For five years (from 2013 to 2017), he was included in the list of 100 most influential telecom leaders worldwide by London-based Global-Telecoms Business Magazine Power 100. He was named the Best Telecommunications CEO at the 2021 International Finance Awards and Asia’s Best CEO by Corporate Governance Asia at their 10th Asian Excellence Awards in 2020. He was hailed as the Best Telco CEO by London-based business magazine The Global Economics in its 2022 Awards. Most recently, he was conferred with an Outstanding Contribution to the Asia Mobile Industry Award 2024 by GSMA and a similar award given by Twimbit, a research and advisory firm based in Singapore.

Cezar P. Consing, Filipino, 66, has been the President and CEO of Ayala Corporation since September 27, 2022, and has been a member of the Ayala Group Management Committee since April 2013. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the following publicly listed companies of the Ayala Group: Ayala Land, Inc., Globe, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and ACEN Corporation. Concurrently, he holds the following positions in the Ayala Group: Chairman of AC Logistics Holdings Corporation, AC Infrastructure Holdings Corporation, AC Industrial Technology Holdings, Inc., AM 50 Ventures Inc. (formerly, AC Ventures Holding Corp.), and AC Mobility Holdings Incorporated; Vice Chairman of AC Energy and Infrastructure Corporation and Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc.; and, Director of Asiacom Philippines, Inc. and ACEN  International, Inc. 

Mr. Consing is the Chairman of the Philippine Dealing System and the College of St. Benilde. He is a member of the Trilateral Commission. He is a member of the boards of trustees of the Philippine-American Educational (Fulbright) Foundation, the Philippines–Japan Economic Cooperation Committee, and the Manila Golf Club Foundation.

Ms. Sazon spent 12 years at Globe, during which she pioneered many breakthroughs and achievements for a wide array of products and headed the Broadband business. Ms. Sazon has also worked as a Marketing Director and Category Leader for Asia at GlaxoSmithKline and as a Senior Product Manager for Del Monte.

Carl Raymond R. Cruz, Filipino, 55, is the President and CEO of Globe. He is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, particularly in general management and marketing.

His extensive career includes serving as the CEO and Managing Director (“MD”) of Airtel Nigeria, one of the largest and most significant Airtel operations in Africa. Before this, he was the MD of Unilever West Africa and MD/CEO of Unilever Nigeria, where he led operations in Nigeria, Ghana, and Francophone Africa. Mr. Cruz’s career at Unilever spanned 30 years across various countries, including the Philippines, India, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and West Africa, and he is recognized for his expertise in leading and transforming organizations in developing and emerging markets. Mr. Cruz also holds directorships in Asiacom Philippines, Inc., and AC Mobility Holdings Incorporated.

Douglas Feagin, American, 60, is the President of Ant International and serves as Senior Vice President of the Ant Group. He joined the Ant Group in June 2016 to spearhead the company's globalization strategy, Alipay's global business development, operations, and marketing activities.

Prior to joining the Ant Group, Mr. Feagin worked at Goldman Sachs from August 1994 to May 2016 and served as a Managing Director from 2004 through 2016. At Goldman Sachs, he maintained a broad set of client relationships across sectors including banks, specialty finance, FinTech, and insurance in the U.S., Latin America, and Asia.

Edward Gen Yat Yue, Australian, 49, is the General Manager of Ant International for South East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand & Global Strategic Partnerships. His responsibilities are to expand Alipay+ merchant coverage and drive the e-wallet/banking partnerships across the region. He is also a member of the board for several digital financial services companies, including bKash Limited, TrueMoney, and Touch 'n Go Digital. 

Before joining Ant International, Mr. Yue worked at DBS Bank (Singapore) and was responsible for creating Singapore’s most popular lifestyle app, DBS PayLah! He has also held leadership roles at American Express International and Westpac Banking Corporation.

Masashige Nakazono, Japanese, 51, has served as our Director since March 10, 2026. He is currently the Executive Officer and Managing Director of MUFG Bank, Ltd., serving as Head of the Global Commercial Banking Planning Division. He has extensive experience across MUFG’s global commercial banking, corporate planning, and investment banking functions, including senior roles in Tokyo, Singapore, and New York. 

Mr. Nakazono holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. MUFG announced that Mr. Nakazono will be promoted to Deputy Chief Executive of Global Commercial Banking Business Group effective on April 1st, 2026.

Mari Kuroda (Ishizuka), Japanese, 55, is currently the Division Head of the Smart-Life Creation Division (Manila Branch) of Mitsubishi Corporation. She has over 30 years of leadership experience at Mitsubishi Corporation and affiliated firms, driving key initiatives across strategic planning, business development, and digital transformation in financial services, logistics, and industrial sectors.

Ms. Ishizuka has successfully led multiple cross-border teams in Japan, Singapore, and the Philippines, spearheading innovative projects in digital finance, service industry DX, mobility, and urban development, while serving in concurrent outside director roles.

Itai Lemberger, American, 48, has served as our Director since March 2, 2023. He is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Bow Wave Capital Management, LP (“Bow Wave”), and the Co-Founder and CEO of EcoBridge Capital Management LP. From 2013 until he started Bow Wave in 2019, he worked at Discovery Capital Management, LLC (Discovery), where he was the Founding Partner of Discovery's dedicated private technology fund and oversaw all investment activity across the Internet and Aerospace & Defense sectors over the past five years.

From 2009 until 2013, Mr. Lemberger was a lead analyst for long/short equity covering the Asia Technology, Media & Telecom sector for Eastern Advisors Capital Group. From 2005 to 2007, he was at McKinsey & Company as a Business Associate in the Tel-Aviv and New York offices.

Saurabh N. Agarwal, Singaporean, 45, has served as our Director since March 2, 2023. He is a Managing Director and Partner, Head of Southeast Asia Private Equity of Warburg Pincus. He joined Warburg Pincus in 2009 and is based in Singapore, where he relocated from New York in 2016 to focus on the firm’s investment activities in Asia. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Agarwal worked at McKinsey & Company in New Jersey and New Delhi, and Temasek Holdings in Mumbai.

Mr. Agarwal is currently a Board Director of Advance.AI, ABDA Insurance (IDX:ABDA), BFI Finance, Circles.Life, MoMo Pay, Oona Insurance, and Techombank (HOSE:TCB), Everise Holdings Pte Ltd, Xuyen A, and previously served on the boards of several companies, including RS Energy Inc., Solar Mosaic, CleanMax, Competitive Power Ventures, AAG (HKG: 2686), RimRock, and Trident.

Simon R. Paterno, Filipino, 67, has served as our Independent Director since March 10, 2026. He is a distinguished director and executive with an extensive professional background in the banking and finance industries. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of ZQR Corporation, and is currently an Independent Director of the Bank of Commerce. He has also held executive positions in prominent institutions such as the Bank of the Philippine Islands, Credit Suisse, and J.P. Morgan, among others.

Mr. Paterno holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ateneo de Manila, and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.

Rex Maria A. Mendoza, Filipino, 63, has served as our Independent Director since December 1, 2023. He is the Chairman of Rampver Financials, a dynamic player in financial services specializing in investments, and one of the biggest distributors of mutual funds in the Philippines. He is the Chairman of the Soldivo Funds, an independent director of G-Xchange, Inc., and a director of Esquire Financing, Seedbox Technologies, Seven Tall Trees Events Management (The Blue Leaf), The Cullinan Group, Mobile Group Inc. and many other leading companies in different fields. He served as the President and CEO of Philam Life, and was Chairman of its affiliates and subsidiaries. He was also Senior Adviser to the CEO of the AIA Group. 

Mr. Mendoza was awarded Most Distinguished Alumnus of the UP Cesar Virata School of Business. He is also a Fellow with Distinction at the Life Management Institute of Atlanta, Georgia, USA, a Registered Financial Planner (RFP) and a four-time member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). He was a professor of Marketing and Computational Finance at the De La Salle University Graduate School of Business. He taught strategic marketing, services marketing, and services strategy. He has served as Chairman of the Marketing Department and was awarded as one of the University’s most outstanding professors.

Gemilio J. San Pedro, Filipino, 71, has served as our Independent Director since December 1, 2023. He is a retired Partner, Professional Practice Director, and Head of Risk Management of multidisciplinary professional services firm, SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. He currently serves as an Independent Director of Filinvest Land, Inc. and The Insular Life Assurance Company, Ltd. (Inlife). He was an Independent Director of Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILREIT) until 2024. 

In January 2025, Mr. San Pedro was appointed to the Quality Assurance Review Council under the Board of Accountancy, Professional Regulation Commission.
