BE TESDA-Certified for Free with GCash
- Free assessment through TESDA’s Competency Assessment and Certification for Workers (CACW) shall be provided to interested participants. Eligibility requirements are:
- With a GCash account; and
- Workers currently employed or engaged in livelihood jobs
- Interested participants may visit the nearest TESDA Provincial/District Offices in Regions NCR, III, and IV-A and provide the following to the TESDA Representative/s:
- Valid Identification Card
- Duly accomplished application form with a recent passport-size picture;
- Duly accomplished Self-Assessment Guide for the qualification applied for.
- Certificate of Employment for industry workers and/or Barangay Certificate for those engaged in livelihood jobs; and
- Screenshot of GCash Profile Account or actual GCash Profile.
- TESDA Provincial/District Office shall assess the submitted application documents of interested participants to determine if qualified for free assessment. A Certificate of Commitment for a free assessment shall be issued to qualified participants.
- TESDA Provincial/District Office shall facilitate the scheduling of competency assessment, including the competency assessor and assessment center.
- Interested participants may claim the free assessment through CACW from May 8 to 30, 2025, while the Certificate of Commitment is valid from May 8 to December 31, 2025.
*The same mechanics applied to the launch (tentatively on May 8), except that the TESDA Representatives will be present at the venue. Assessment Centers are also invited to the launch to expedite the facilitation of the free assessment.

📝 How to Apply:
- Visit your nearest TESDA Provincial or District Office in NCR, Region III, or Region IV-A.
- Submit the following requirements:
- Valid identification card

🛠️ What Happens After You Apply?
- TESDA will review your application and documents to confirm eligibility.
- If you meet the criteria, you will receive a Certificate of Commitment for your free competency assessment.
- TESDA will then coordinate with an accredited assessment center, and assign a competency assessor for the conduct of assessment.
- Once scheduled, TESDA will notify you about your assessment date.
- After successfully passing, you’ll receive your TESDA e-Certificate via email!
